Tough Mudder® is a proud supporter of Help for Heroes. These funds go toward providing combat stress recovery programs, adaptive sports programmes, benefits counseling and employment services that aid in these soldiers’ transition to civilian life.

How it works: Tough Mudder® encourages participants to raise money for Help for Heroes by giving a £20 refund to anyone who raises more than £120 for Help for Heroes.

1. As soon as you register for Tough Mudder®, an online fundraising page is automatically emailed to you.
2. Send your donation link to friends and family, so they can throw down the plastic and donate to Help for Heroes.
3. If a registrant raises more than £120 on their page, they will be administered a £20 refund one month after the event to the credit card with which they purchased the Tough Mudder® registration.
