Training & Prep
Only 78% of participants successfully complete a Tough Mudder event. Want to be one of them? You’re going to need to do some serious training. Completing a Mudder though is as much about mental toughness, resolve and camaraderie (while having a great time, of course) as it is about physical endurance.
What will a Tough Mudder course involve?
Each course will have 10-12 miles of hills, mud, water, ropes, walls, electric shocks, and fire designed to push you to your limit.
