Home workouts are handy even when you’re not living through a global pandemic. Maybe you’re low on time, or you don’t have a gym membership. Either way there are plenty of great equipment-free moves to get you fit and ready for 2021.

These are @bornbarikor’s favourite at-home moves and together they’ll give you a simple workout that will burn in all of the right places. These aren’t just your basic squats and push ups either, because we all know they can get a bit boring. Try 45 seconds each of burpee kick throughs, dive bomb push ups, slip floor bridge curls, mule kicks and deep squat jumps. Take a 15 second break between each move and do 5 rounds.
