During your Tough Mudder experience you’ll be offered various food and drink on the course and in the event village following your run. If you do have any allergies then please read the signage at the feed and water stations, if you have any doubts please ask a member of staff. It is also prudent to notify your fellow Mudders of any allergies before you run and if you are running solo then we advise wearing a medical alert device.
