Promotion valid when booked between January 24th and February 29th, until 11:59 PM, 2024. To be eligible for the money-back guarantee, you must use the code: MONEYBACK at checkout. The offer is subject to a limited number of redemptions, and Tough Mudder reserves the right to end the promotion once the maximum capacity is reached. Eligible participants must contact Customer Service at [email protected] within 7 days after the event. Requests will only be accepted during this 7-day timeframe, and earlier requests will be denied. We will conduct a verification process, and refunds will be processed within 45 business days from submission.
This offer is valid for the 2024 Tough Mudder South East 3-5 mile & 10+ mile distances only. The offer is not valid when booking using Flex Tickets/Event Passes or event bundles. It is valid for full-price tickets only, and any transferred or changed tickets are excluded.
Any additional purchases such as add-ons, as well as an £10 administrative fee, will not be refunded. Any other UK Tough Mudder event, Infinity, Lidl Mudder, Season Passes, Spectators, Toughest, or World’s Toughest Mudder are excluded from this offer. This offer cannot be retroactively applied.
