Manage Your Tough Mudder Registration

Tough Mudder offers all Mudders the customer tools you need to manage their registration. Click the headers below to find all the information and instructions available that allow you to manage your team, transfer your registration, print your ticket and more.

We strongly recommend managing your registration from a computer and using Google Chrome. Tablets, smart phones and other internet browsers don’t always function correctly. See our Troubleshooting Guide for more helpful hints.

Register for Tough Mudder - Participants & Spectators

Not sure how to register? Follow the instructions below to get registered for your Tough Mudder event.

  • Visit the Tough Mudder Events Page.
  • Click the event you want to participate in.
  • Choose to register on Saturday or Sunday.
  • Follow the prompts to register as an individual, create a team, or join a current team.

Print Your Registration Ticket

All participants and spectators will need their ticket to get into the event. You must have this ticket printed or available to be scanned on your smartphone to get into Tough Mudder. Follow the instructions below.

Ticket Printing Instructions
  • Visit your Registration Centre Home to access your account.
  • Log in with your Eventbrite account information, including the email address you registered with.
  • Click on My Tickets if not directly taken to this page.
  • Click inside the blue box of the registration you need to print.
  • Note: You may need to click the link “All Orders” if you have multiple registrations.

  • Click Print Tickets to download and print your ticket.

Transfer Onto A Team

If you already registered as an individual, you can transfer your registration onto a team, or from one team to another. You can also register directly onto a team by following the instructions in the above section “Register for Tough Mudder”. All team transfers must happen Friday at 11:59 PM (local time) before the event weekend. All transfers from one team to another within the same event are Free.

Team Transfer Instructions
  • Visit your Registration Centre Home to access your account.
  • Log in with your Eventbrite account information, including the email address you registered with.
  • Click on My Tickets if not directly taken to this page.
  • Click the button “Transfer” located within the blue box of the registration you want to transfer.
  • To transfer a registration onto a team, click Change Teams.
  • Follow the instructions to complete your transfer.

Transfer Your Registration Date (Day or Event)

Can’t make your scheduled event? Follow the instructions below to transfer your registration to another date, either this year or next year. You must complete your transfer to another event before Friday at 11:59 PM (local time) before your scheduled event. If you miss this deadline, your registration cannot be transferred. No exceptions.

Transfer Pricing
  • To transfer from Saturday to Sunday within an event (or vice versa), you will need to pay the additional ticket pricing (if applicable). If the event is more expensive, you will need to pay the increased fee.
  • To transfer out of one event and into another event, you will need to pay a £20 transfer fee + any additional ticket pricing (if applicable).
Date Transfer Instructions
  • Visit your Registration Centre Home to access your account.
  • Log in with your Eventbrite account information, including the email address you registered with.
  • Click on My Tickets if not directly taken to this page.
  • Click the button “Transfer” located within the blue box of the registration you want to transfer.
  • Click the “Event” transfer option to change your event date.
  • Follow the instructions to choose your new event.
  • You will pay for any transfer fees (if applicable) at checkout to complete your transfer.
  • You will receive a new ticket within your confirmation email to verify your new event.
  • Note: If you need this ticket resent, you can visit the “Print Your Registration Ticket” option above.

Team Captains: Manage Your Team

Team Captains can follow the instructions below to log onto their team and invite new members or view the current team members. This will allow you to change your start time, team name or view/change your team password. Team Captains can also send team messages to one or multiple team members after logging in. This page will close Friday at 11:59 PM (local time) before event weekend.

Team Captain Log In Instructions
  • Visit your Registration Centre Home to access your account.
  • Log in with your Eventbrite account information, including the email address you registered with.
  • Click on My Tickets if not directly taken to this page.
  • Scroll down to find the Team & Fundraising section.
  • Click the team name of the team you are looking to manage.
  • This will bring you to your team page, where you can use the Team Captain Tools to change your team information or communicate with new or potential teammates.
    • Use the left sidebar to Invite New Teammates or Message Your Current Team Members.
    • Click the “Edit Team Info” button at the top of the page next to your team name to update your start time, team name or find your team password to give to new teammates.

Team Members: View Your Team

All team members can view their team page and see who they’ll be conquering Tough Mudder with on event day. For any updates to your team, please have the Team Captain login and follow the instructions in the section above.

  • Visit your Registration Centre Home to access your account.
  • Log in with your Eventbrite account information, including the email address you registered with.
  • Click on My Tickets if not directly taken to this page.
  • Scroll down to find the Team & Fundraising section.
  • Click the team name of the team you are looking for.
  • You can now view your team and team members.

Start Fundraising Now

All registered participants already have a Help For Heroes fundraising page created for them that is attached to their name. Follow the instructions below to find your page and give it out to your friends and family. All participants can fundraise until Friday at 11:59 PM (local time) before event weekend.

Note: Participants aren’t required to raise money for Help For Heroes, but Tough Mudder only offers the ability to fundraise towards this charity. If you would like to raise money for another charity, you must raise money through an external website.

Fundraising Log In Instructions
  • Visit your Registration Centre Home to access your account.
  • Log in with your Eventbrite account information, including the email address you registered with.
  • Click on My Tickets if not directly taken to this page.
  • Scroll down to find the Team & Fundraising section.
  • Click the fundraising page that corresponds with your event you are looking for.
  • Start fundraising by sharing your link URL with friends and family.
Fundraising Goals
  • If you raise £120 or more for Help For Heroes, you will automatically be administered a £20 rebate within 3-weeks after event weekend to the credit card with which you purchased your Tough Mudder registration. All rebates will be processed back to the credit card on file. No exceptions.

Note: If you want to raise money as a team, you will need to transfer your registration onto a team within the event and your fundraising page will automatically connect to your team. You will all then be able to raise money separately, but your totals will add up on your team page.

Edit Your Registration

Need to edit your registration? Click here to submit your information that needs updating to our team. Please provide your order information (participant name, email and order #) as well as the changes that need to be made. All edits must happen before Friday at Noon (local time) before event weekend.

Note: The name on the registration cannot be changed to a new person. Tough Mudder does not allow participant-to-participant transfers.

Volunteer for Tough Mudder

Want to volunteer at Probably the Toughest Event on the Planet?® Please visit the MVP Page to learn more about the Volunteer Program, and how to sign up to be a volunteer at a Tough Mudder event.

Volunteer Discounts
  • If you volunteer for a full day, you can run at a future event for £15.
  • If you volunteer for a half day, you can run at a future event for £30.

Registering with your Volunteer Discount

After you volunteer, you can use your volunteer discount at any following event.

  • Volunteering on Saturday: Use your discount on the following day (Sunday) or at any future event.
  • Volunteering on Sunday: Use your discount at any future event.

After you volunteer and sign in and out of your shift:

  • Decide on the date you want to use your discount.
  • Confirm start times for the event on the specific event page (available 1-week before event weekend).
  • Arrive at the event with your ID and head to the Info Desk.
  • We will verify you in the Volunteer Database to confirm you volunteered at a previous event.
  • Pay the £15 entry fee (if you volunteered a full day) or £30 entry fee (if you volunteered a half day). This is cash only.
  • Become a Tough Mudder.
