3 unconventional ways to mentally prepare for Tough Mudder

1. Breakup with your significant other. The next morning say you were just kidding.

2. Watch every Lifetime movie ever made with that neighbor who watches you rake leaves.

3. Go to the Post Office and wait in line. When you get to the front, go to the back. Repeat four times.

What to bring on event day

What to Wear

UA Shoes - Conquer the elements on course, without losing a shoe. Lock your feet into the UA Tough Mudder FTHR Shield Trail Running shoes - designed especially with Mudders in mind.
Note: Sports cleats are dangerous to other participants and are not allowed on course.

UA Gear - Breathable, sweat-and-moisture-wicking clothes are Under Armour’s thing. And since sweat, water and mud are our thing, you’re definitely going to want to grab some UA Gear here.

Gloves - Gloves are optional, but some people swear by them. If you do decide to go with a pair, be sure to pick durable ones that prevent rope burn and splinters. Check out ours here.

Photo ID - You MUST bring a photo ID. We cannot stress this enough. You won’t be able to run the event without it.
