Dr. Justin Ross is a clinical psychologist and co-founder of Mind Body Health, an integrative health psychology and counseling center in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Ross has worked with hundreds, if not thousands, of athletes at all-levels to maximize their performance through their mindset. He puts his theories into practice: he’s an 11 time marathoner, including 6 Boston Marathon races and has completed 2 Ironman triathlons.
