The low down
KISS OF MUD
The infamous obstacle Kiss of Mud is getting a major upgrade that’s sure to leave you feeling the burn. Get ready to crawl through the mud and under the wires, but this time, the wires are being lowered to a mere 350mm from the ground.
FUNKY MONKEY
Hold onto your bananas mudders… We’re taking the classic obstacle Funky Monkey and adding some major muscle to it. This year, we’re introducing fatter grips that will leave you feeling like you’re swinging from a gorilla’s arms.
Get ready to put your grip strength to the ultimate test, because this obstacle just got a whole lot tougher.
So, make sure you bring your A-game and some serious grip power because Funky Monkey is about to get funkier and monkey-er than ever before.
CAGE CRAWL
This year, we’re raising the water levels in the Cage Crawl, so there’s no crawling your way out of this one. But don’t let that scare you – it’s time to unleash your inner aqua-warrior and power through this obstacle like a champ. So, take a deep breath and get ready to dive into the murky unknown, because Tough Mudder just got a whole lot cooler, wetter, and tougher.
