Advice from one Mudder to another
- Walk, run, jog, it’s all good. Just keep moving forward and having fun.
- Bring a complete spare change of clothes (Yes we mean everything shoes, underwear, THE LOT)
- Go in head first. Don’t second guess yourself. You got this.
- Take help from other Mudders on course and make sure to give it back.
- Tough Mudder is NOT a race. Pace yourself and focus on finishing.
