What brought you to Tough Mudder?
“I have lost 7 stone in total and have been able to maintain my weight for several years now. I really want to test my body and find out what I’m really capable of”
Biggest fears?
“Cage Crawl. This will be my nemesis as everyone knows I avoid water sports at all costs. Not particularly keen on small spaces either”.
Are you training?
“Yes – I’m using the Tough Mudder training PDF and incorporating these exercises into my weekly workout routines”.
“I am also now focusing more on Cross Fit type strength and conditioning training and HIIT to make sure I have the stamina to keep going and the strength to not only haul myself, but to make sure others are able to tackle each obstacle”.
What does it mean to you to cross that finish line?
“I’ve promised myself to attempt every single obstacle and not to skip any due to fear or apprehension”
“Crossing the finish line will be the hardest physical challenge I’ve ever accomplished and will prove that I can achieve anything I put my mind to”.
“It’ll also be the wildest way I’ve ever earned a beer”.
