We’re kicking off the 2023 season in London, where we’ll bring some of Tough Mudder’s best-loved, world-class obstacles to the heart of the city. With a 5K and 10K option, there’s no excuse for not having a go.

Known for it’s hilly terrain and slippery mud Tough Mudder London West is a fan-favourite every year. In 2023 tackle the epic obstacles you’ve heard so much about alongside some brand new ones that are sure to push your body and mind.
Here for some good, dirty fun? The 5K is for you. If you’re looking to push your team that little bit further – we’ll see you on the 10K course. On Saturday we’ll have the 15K, 5K and Infinity courses. On Sunday you can take on the 10K or 5K course.

We’re once again returning to Belvoir Castle in 2023 and you should be there.
