Stay hydrated, take breaks when necessary, keep an eye out for other Mudders and only attempt obstacle if you are comfortable with your ability to overcome the challenge.

Ensure that your fellow Mudders know any medical conditions you may have such as asthma, diabetes or other medical problems in case you need assistance. During your Tough Mudder experience you’ll be offered various food and drink on the course and in the event village following your run. If you do have any allergies then please read the signage at the feed and water stations, if you have any doubts please ask a member of staff.
