Lidl Mudder is a 1-mile course packed full of obstacles to give kids aged 5-12 the chance to work as a team and get a Lidl muddy. It’s THE mud and obstacle run for kids. Available at all Tough Mudder weekend venues, there’s no reason why the whole family can’t get muddy this year.

The Obstacles
The obstacles will get your kids moving, working as a team and importantly experiencing adventure in a safe and secure venue, without element of competition. Obstacles are based on the on course favourites of the main Tough Mudder event and will challenge the kids to crawl through tight spaces, swing through monkey bars, climb over cargo nets and a-frames amongst many others. Obstacles are rotated from event to event, so you won’t find the same obstacles at each venue. Oh and one other thing, they will get very wet and muddy.

Who Can Take Part?
Lidl Mudders must be between the ages of 5-12 and at least 1.1 metres tall to participate. Lidl Mudders must be accompanied by an adult or guardian with a valid spectator ticket, purchased online for £15.
