Taking place in the well-known Spargelhof-Klaistow venue, don’t be fooled by the beautiful landscapes – this course is flat, varied and meanders through woodland, sandy paths and mud pits, plus we’ve got an obstacle line up that will fill you with dread and exhilaration, all at the same time. Prepare to be shocked to the core, plunged into ice cold water and make you face moments on course that will make you question your sanity. Good luck, that’s all we’ll say.
