What brought you to Tough Mudder?
“Myself and a friend initially decided to sign up for our first Tough Mudder to encourage us to work on our fitness and health. Since then we have encouraged four more of our friends to take part in the challenge and join us on the fitness journey”
Fears?
“I have never liked cardio, so this was the first fear going into this, but with the support of my friends, we are now running 5km every weekend with the aim to increase throughout the year. The obstacles look like so much fun, I think that will push me through”
Training?
“We are currently training in a variety of ways: in the gym, climbing, and running. This will hopefully help strengthen our body and minds to withstand Tough Mudder”
The finish line
“I’m going to be ecstatic when we cross the finish line as a team. Not because it is over but because our fitness journey will have just begun”
