This Easy Resistance Band Workout Will Work Your Whole Body

If you’re looking to mix up your training regime with some equipment in 2020, it doesn’t get much easier (or cheaper) than a resistance band. And resistance band workouts—while hardly new—are growing in popularity, big time, no doubt because they’re great for defining muscles, increasing flexibility, and boosting your range of motion. Basically, a resistance band workout can easily train your whole body.

Super easy to use, cheap to buy and small enough not to take up tons of room in your house resistance bands are our number one piece of home equipment.

Full Body Resistance Band Workout

If you’re not sure where to begin with your resistance band, then check out Official UK Trainer Born Barikor’s resistance band workout video below. With exercises to stretch and strengthen your arms, legs, back and core there really is no reason to let your resistance band gather dust.

You can pick your favourite 10 moves and try a full-body band workout (start with 8-12 reps of each move, adding more as you get stronger) or mix in one or two moves with your regular workout.
