TOUGH MUDDER EVENT DAY INFORMATION

Whether your heading to your 1st or 101st Tough Mudder event day, use this guide to help your preparation. Read on to ensure you know exactly what you need in advance of your next muddy adventure. Find details common across all Tough Mudder events including what to bring, what to wear and how to purchase ticket add-ons.

Event Essentials
All the information you need to make sure you are organised and ready to hit the start line.
What To Bring
WHAT TO BRING
1. A VALID PHOTO ID*
Don’t forget it in your car.

2. ACTIVE.COM PARTICIPANT TICKET*
Print it or have it ready on your phone. Registration confirmation is sent from [email protected] or you can log in to Active.com to access your ticket.

3. CARD
For food and (more) beer.

*Items 1 and 2 are necessary to enter the event.
Join or Create A Team & Solo Runner
Want to run the course at the same time as your friends and family? Make sure to create your team no later than two weeks before the event (two Monday’s prior). If you do not create or join a team by this date, we will not be able to guarantee the same start time for you and your teammates.

RUNNING ALONE? JOIN OUR TEAM
Running Alone? We’ve got your back. In 2021 all events will have designated Solo Runner Waves so you can meet other lone wolves, form a muddy pack and get goal-crushing.

HERE’S HOW TO JOIN:
1. Complete your account setup HERE. Then follow these instructions to JOIN A TEAM POST-REGISTRATION.
2. Search for team name Solo Runners
3. Join the team and have a blast with your new Mudder teammates.
Parking & Bag Drop
PARKING

All 2024 registrations include General Parking, except Tough Mudder Manchester, where parking is unavailable due to this being an inner city venue, and Tough Mudder South East, where parking is available as a paid for add on due to venue restrictions.

Accessible Parking is available both days. Please ensure your Blue Badge is visible.

BAG DROP

Your belongings can be left at Bag Drop during your run. All 2024 participant registrations include Bag Drop.
Camping
Official Tough Mudder camping is available at all Tough Mudder venues except Manchester and South East. The camping area will include toilets, a cooking area, and a 24 hour patrolling security.
Start Times
All participants will select a 45 min start time window during registration. This is your start time window during which you’ll head out onto the course. Start waves head off every 15 mines during this period.
Spectator & Mudder Village Pass
Cheer on your Mudders and enjoy our action-packed Mudder Village Festival. The experience includes live DJs, street food, spectator viewing routes and much much more. Get your Spectator Pass for only £15. You can add these to your Active order through your Active Passport.
