From Everest to Block Ness Monster, Funky Monkey to Arctic Enema, here us roar – our obstacles compare to none.
Our ultimate obstacle course has 30 obstacles which you can enjoy over a 9+ mile run. With no competition and no timing, it’s just you, your teammates and muddy strangers working together to conquer the course and earn the world-famous headband.
Distances
“We’re not for everyone but anyone can do it“
Unlike other obstacle runs out there, we have a distance for EVERYONE.
5K: 3+ Miles & 13 Obstacles
10K: 6+ Miles & 20 Obstacles
15K: 9+ Miles & 30
Infinity: 8-hours to tackle our 15k course. Official finishers must complete at least 20km, but the the rest is up to you. Run, rest, take a nap…the clock is running, you decide the rest.

Spectators
Tough Mudder is for EVERYONE.
Unlike most fitness events out there you can bring along your gang (on-course) to watch, hype you up & to soak in all the Mudder Madness of course.
Didn’t think Tough Mudder was a spectator sport? Think again. Attending a Tough Mudder will leave you with plenty of lasting memories, even if you don’t take on the course. Spectators are welcome to soak in on-course energy as Mudders conquer obstacles and participate in all of the on-site activities available in Mudder Village.
Mudder Village
Although you can cheer on your Mudders you can also enjoy our action-packed Mudder Village Festival. This includes DJ’s, street food, spectator viewing routes and much much more. You can also enjoy our many activation tents powered by our fantastic partners. Last year we had a mechanical bull and strength competitions…. what will it be this year?
