Cycling has many aspects – from road, to mountain bike, to hopping on your exercise bike at home or the gym. What we like most about cycling is the enjoyable aspect to the fitness experience it gives you. With the weather improving, diversifying how you exercise is one of the biggest things we know Mudders love to do.

That’s why we love the Ride 500 Milestone. With seeing so many of you hopping back on the bike, we wanted to break down how you can cycle 500 miles in 10 weeks – as we look at Summer quickly approaching. Yes, while it is not an easy task, (we’re called ‘Tough Mudder’ for a reason) it is certainly achievable and quite the leap out of most people’s comfort zones.

To help you wrap your mind around it the Tough Mudder Training team have put together a little breakdown to help you start taking on the little bits of the 500 mile puzzle.

SADDLE UP.

So Ride to Summer with the Ride 500 Milestone and start working towards your new goal. Those who complete all 500 miles before June 20th (Summer Solstice) will go into the draw to win one of 3, 2 free Ticket packages for you and your friend.

Please note: you must register between April 1st and April 21th to be eligible for rewards. Participants must sign into FitRankings and cycle 500 miles prior to June 20th to be entered into the drawing.

You can sign up for the Milestone now and download the monthly planner here to get started.

And remember what we’re training for. The 2021 season is on. Purchase your tickets today and kick your excuses to the curb.
