Just because we need to stay at home doesn’t mean we cant stay fit at home – and have some fun while we’re at it. The wave of the Instagram push-up challenge was fun and all, but there are plenty of other amusing ways to maximize your new home-gym (even if your “home-gym” is the floor of your living room). Here are 7 everyday objects for a home workout.

These creative #QuaranTraining moves prove you don’t need fancy equipment to break a sweat. They provide all the strength and core exercises that you need to do all your training at home.

Skateboards have Dual Purposes too

Who knew that a skateboard could re-create a bunch of the best bodyweight exercises. Have a go and see what you can come up with.

Stay Strong, Stay Safe and Wash your Hands

Seriously, try these everday objects for a home workout. We are Tougher Together so hopefully your team is ready to hit the mud once we can leave our homes. If you haven’t locked in your Mudder date then head to our events page and pick an event. Can’t wait to see you in the mud.
